SkyWest was in need of revamping the career portion of the website with a mobile-first mindset. We started with a base of Material Design and used a framework that allowed us to adapt it to our uses. For the project I was able to use both qualitative and quantitative research to guide the design choices.

Since launching the new design we’ve seen a 248% increase in traffic from the year before, which has also been due to a more targeted advertising effort. Along with that effort we had a 294% higher return rate and the bounce rate has decreased by 19%.
